Nutrition & Health
At Blue Bridge, we’re proud to nourish our little ones- from brain, to heart, to tummy! Our Louisiana State Certified, in-house chef is always looking for new ways to keep mealtime engaging and nutritious. With a focus on real whole foods, whole-wheat grains, and plenty of fruits and veggies- we bring a delicious, Mommy-approved twist on childhood favorites.

The Blue Bridge Model:
Mealtime
Our Louisiana State Certified, in-house chef cooks from-scratch meals with love twice per day. Our menu is specially-designed to be kid-friendly and Mommy-approved, making sure it tastes as good as it makes little ones feel! We keep our dietary guidelines in accordance with USDA and child dietician standards, prioritizing real, whole foods.
Engagement
What’s the fun in healthy eating, you ask? Well, we make mealtime engagement a top priority for our toddlers through pre-K aged students to develop a positive relationship with food and dietary skills. Some days, the little ones have the opportunity to help build their own whole-wheat pizza. Other days, we get to explore where our food comes from in the community garden!
Community Garden
Blue Bridge is a proud home to our very own, kiddo-grown community garden. Together, we grow herbs and the occasional seasonal veggie on-site to help build a formative understanding of food sourcing and nutrition. Here kids are also encouraged to explore and experiment with the life cycle, as a compounding unit of our STEAM curriculum.
Does your child have a food allergy or special dietary requirements?
